Services Offered
Having lost my mother to suicide when I was 6 as well as being a cancer survivor, I am well aware of the pain of grief and the multitude of forms it can take. As a certified Grief Educator, I offer peer to peer support in person or online, both in 1-on-1 sessions or groups. I also facilitate workshops and retreats.
In addition, I am a trained Grief Movement Guide where I help people use the power of movement, breath, and sound to release pain and struggle in order to connect to love, harmony, and peace.
Finally, as a trained End of Life Doula, I help people with legacy projects so that their grief can be utilized in a creative way to honor their loved one’s memories.
