Services Offered
Robin was born and raised in upstate New York and has called Wilmington home for the past six years. She specializes in supporting adults, with a focus on midlife and later life stages. Her clinical work centers on individuals navigating trauma, grief and loss, and anxiety.
As a certified grief educator and end-of-life doula, Robin’s clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practice with a strong emphasis on eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) for those who have navigated traumatic experiences, grief, and loss. She tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs, integrating EMDR as a primary modality alongside cognitive behavioral therapy, grief therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to support healing and adaptive coping.
Robin specializes in supporting midlife adults navigating major life transitions. Whether you’re coping with the loss of a loved one, going through a divorce, balancing the needs of your family while supporting aging parents, adjusting to an empty nest, or transitioning out of the workforce, you don’t have to face it alone. Drawing on both lived experience and extensive trauma-informed training, Robin helps guide clients toward self-discovery and meaningful growth after loss. If you’re ready to move forward with greater intention and a sense of peace, Robin offers a steady presence: “I’m here to walk beside you.”
Robin specializes in supporting adults experiencing a wide range of anxiety-related concerns. She offers a compassionate, respectful, and collaborative approach, helping clients develop effective tools to quiet self-criticism and reduce internal distress that can interfere with rest and daily functioning. From persistent overwhelm to paralyzing perfectionism, Robin focuses on equipping clients with practical coping strategies and real-world solutions, supporting them in creating greater ease and the capacity to engage more fully in what matters most.
