I support and guide people across the bridge from Fear and Grief to Love 💜 In each moment we have really only two choices – the path of fear or the path of love. Simple but not always easy to make that choice especially when we are grieving .
My approach is humanistic and person centred. I offer a non-judgemental, compassionate, safe and confidential space. I currently provide family and individual consultations, workshops and support groups associated with grief and loss. I provide most of my services virtually and am available to do home visits and work with individuals to locate space for requested workshops and support groups. In addition to my work as a grief educator, I provide mental health counseling to adults struggling with anxiety, depression, job stress, grief and the impacts of traumatic events.
