Individuals come to me seeking support for grief, anxiety, depression, substance use and trauma disorders. I am a Certified Grief Educator and IFS Level 2 trained. Each case is different and individualized treatment meeting client’s needs is important. Developing a therapeutic relationship with the right person is also very important.
