As both a Certified Financial Therapist and a Certified Grief Educator, I help clients navigate their relationship with money in the full context of their grief, with deep empathy and understanding, to get to a better place of peace and acceptance, and ultimately to identify and achieve meaningful and realistic goals.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in this profession for over 14 years. My experience has been working with children, teens, and adults from different socioeconomic backgrounds and ethnicities. I feel passionate about providing support to help navigate imposter syndrome, first-generation challenges, stress management, work-life balance, and career issues. I have extensive experience working with clients facing grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and parenting. I specialize in providing culturally competent and solution-focused psychotherapy. I am also a certified yoga teacher and I implement yoga with my clients.

I offer individual therapy for children, adolescents and adults.  I also offer family therapy, one-on-one grief support, and parenting support.  My services are currently virtual but if you are open to services in nature we can meet in person.
