Services Offered
I am a registered social worker who works with individual clients in an empathetic, non-judgmental and collaborative approach while providing a safe space for clients to tell their story. I work with clients around issues of mental health, trauma, loss and grief. I use the following approaches that include: an anti-oppressive, strength-based and trauma informed approach while supporting clients facing grief and loss. Also, I utilize solution focused, narrative and cognitive behavioural approaches in helping clients to feel supported, increase their insight into their issues and find ways to cope and resolve them.
