Grief can take many forms—whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a broken relationship, chronic illness, addiction, or the deep sorrow that comes with life transitions and trauma.

As a Certified Grief Educator with specialized training in EMDR, Trauma and Grief Component Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I offer compassionate, evidence-based care to help you process pain and begin to move forward at your own pace.

I provide one-on-one counseling and EMDR intensives for teens and adults in a virtual setting. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and strengths-based. While I come from a Christian worldview, I respect your spiritual journey and will incorporate faith as much or as little as you prefer.

With over 20 years of experience supporting high-trauma populations—including those affected by addiction and complex loss—I understand the depth of grief and the courage it takes to seek help. I would be honored to support you as you navigate your path toward healing.
