I have a passion for helping people find hope and meaning in their lives. I am a mental health therapist, and my clients are experiencing grief and loss as well as other relationship and mental health concerns. I use a holistic approach to therapy because I believe that every aspect of a person’s life contributes to their wellbeing and overall contentment with life. I love hearing people’s stories and helping them address traumas and learn more effective ways of coping with the struggles they face. I incorporate psychology, spirituality, and compassion while challenging people to grow in their personal journey. One of my greatest joys is seeing my clients understand and heal from the wounds of what holds them back so that they can reach their greatest potential.
