I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have experience working with adults navigating grief, trauma, relationships, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I use a relational, non-pathologizing, integrative approach drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic therapy.
I offer individual therapy for adolescents and adults, as well as couples counseling. I currently work virtually, however if you are open to services in nature, we can meet in person.
