Are you feeling lost in the midst of  grief, anxiety, or the impact of past trauma? Loss and trauma can leave you feeling isolated, hopeless, or stuck in emotional pain. Even when the world continues around you, it can feel nearly impossible to move forward. Yet even after the most painful losses and life challenges, you can rediscover meaning and build a fulfilling life. Healing is possible, but you don’t need to do it alone.
I am a licensed psychotherapist with advanced training in trauma and grief. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of loss or life-altering events. Using a compassionate, integrative approach, I help clients process their experiences and reconnect with meaning, strength, and a sense of peace. All sessions are offered  via Telehealth, so you can meet with me from wherever you feel most comfortable and safe.
My understanding of grief and trauma is both professional and personal. My own journey includes the deep loss of both a child and a parent. I believe in honoring your unique story and helping you discover the resilience that lives beneath the pain.
