I am a Certified Grief Educator, Grief Coach, and Life and Wellness Coach dedicated to walking alongside others as they navigate loss and life’s many transitions. My approach is rooted in compassion, mindfulness, and presence—honoring grief as a sacred expression of love rather than something to be fixed or overcome.
Through education, coaching, and lived experience, I support individuals in exploring the emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of grief with gentleness and respect for their unique journey. My goal is to create calm, nurturing spaces where healing can unfold naturally and meaning can be rediscovered in the midst of change.
