I offer on-line or in-person sessions.
If there is interest, group sessions could also be available.

I offer a safe place to express profound emotional pain.
I want to learn about the loved one you lost. I want to celebrate their life with you.
I will help you find tools and resources that you can use to help you cope with your grief.
My story: My precious son, Jesse, passed away on 4/2/2019 at the age of 35. I have known trauma and heartache in my life, but all paled in comparison to the grief I felt. The first 2 years I remained stuck in my grief. I then joined the on-line group, Tender Hearts, with David Kessler. I began making progress in my grief journey. I want to work with others who have lost children because I know it is possible to survive and even find meaning again in life. Part of that meaning for me was to become a certified Grief Educator.
