I have been a Bereavement Counsellor for 13 years now. A National trainer for CRUSE Bereavement Care in the U.K, Supervisor and Volunteer.
Helping people who have suffered a bereavement, specializing in traumatic death, death of a child at birth, pet bereavement. I help people predominantly in the Armed forces and the Ambulance service. However, any person who has suffered a bereavement I am here to help.

I have suffered losses over the years, the most tragic being two suicides in the family and the recent loss of my father on the 14th December 2020.
I have supported people after Terrorist or major incidents and part of the resilience team helping those in crisis after a tragic event.
Here to help those who just need to talk or gain an understanding about the way they are feeling and to be there during their journey
