Hi. I’m Gihan (pronounced Jehanne), a life transition coach and certified grief specialist, and like many who find their way to grief work, I came through my own experiences of loss. Each of these losses left an imprint on my heart—and like many, I struggled to find meaningful support. Learning about grief gave me a deeper understanding of what it means to fully process and move through loss with self-compassion AND that it is necessary to feel our grief. As a culture, so many of us fear and reject this fundamental and necessary human experience.
The loss of a loved one is one of the most painful and life-changing experiences we can go through as humans. It can feel as though the ground beneath you has shifted, leaving you lost, grieving, and unsure of how to move forward. Even when life continues around you, it may feel like nothing makes sense anymore.
Grief can also come in the form of a relationship, a role, or a career abruptly ending, sometimes a life path that no longer fits.
You don’t have to do this alone. In this space, you’ll be supported, heard, and gently guided through the slow unfolding of what comes next.
We’ll honour what you’ve lost, and help you take meaningful steps towards a future that feels both possible and purposeful.
Life may never be the same, but in time, it can hold beauty and meaning again.
