I am a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling with specialties of anxiety and the subconscious. I work with people around the world on a variety of challenges, including trauma, loss, addictions, attachment, relationships and limiting beliefs that keep them from feeling complete. My approaches include Clinical Meridian Tapping, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Holistic Modalities. I embrace an authentic stance in meeting you where you’re at, without judgement. It’s one step at a time. I consider it a privilege to work with my clients.
