You’ve lost a loved one or a relationship and are struggling to find peace and connection in a world that expects you to “get over it” quickly and quietly. Maybe you’re constantly on high alert and don’t remember the last time you felt inner calm. I offer therapy and EMDR for teens and adults struggling with grief, anxiety, and trauma so together we can transform your inner experience from chaotic to calm and confident.
It’s possible to heal and grow with the help of a caring and attuned therapist – my own awesome therapist inspired me to become one. You deserve to have someone who’s fully present and authentic in every single session. I’m not going to nod “mmhmm” or constantly ask, And how does that make you feel?” I’ll encourage and support you, and stay actively engaged so sessions never feel like a waste of time.
When we worry about how others will judge us, we miss so many chances for genuine connection. We feel safer, but we also feel alone. Therapy with me gives you a safe space to show up authentically and figure stuff out. You’ve already done so much work to get here and know the struggle of facing things alone. Let’s find relief from the overwhelm and figure some stuff out together.
