Non-Domination, Holistic approach to journeying through grief, using consoling, creative tools, movement, breath and sound to release the deep pain that emerges from grief. I offer a verity of tools for us to explore in understanding your individual needs as we walk this path together.
I am a griever, in the year 2025, as a mother to an adult child, I also, have experienced many deaths, siblings a brother 2024 and sister 1976, Parents, grandparents’ deaths over the years, and pets departing. I experience grief from divorce, grief from retirement and a verity of grief related life experiences that have awoken me to the deeper guidance’s of what grief can teach us and how the journey is not meant to be experienced alone. I will be your community with nonjudgement support, your community with guidance as you allow me to be here for you.
