Services Offered

I am an RN with over 30 years of practical and personal experience with grief and grief from loss.  I am a certified death doula, grief educator and hospice RN for both children and adults.  I believe we all possess the tools to move through difficult situations and we just need a safe person who can helps us move through it without judgment.  I am available to listen and gently guide you through the grief process.  I can also help you move through the grief of a terminal diagnosis and on through the end of life process.  Everyone grieves differently and moves at their own pace.  There is no timeline or road map to follow, but knowledge can be helpful.  I can offer to help you find your clarity and sometimes this is just done by haveing someone to listen without judgement or expectation.  I have also done trainings in using psychedelics at end of life and moving through grief.  This is not for everyone but the information is there as desired.
