Services Offered
I offer both individual and group grief support for those navigating loss, life transitions, or the cumulative weight of grief—whether recent or long-held.
With over six years of experience supporting hospice patients and their families, facilitating healing in community workshops and events, and offering Reiki and sound healing, I create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel seen, held, and supported—without judgment or pressure to “move on.”
I serve as a gentle guide and companion, helping you understand your grief while supporting you in building a meaningful life that honors your loved ones.
1:1 Grief Support Sessions
These private sessions provide a space where you can be fully seen, heard, and supported at your own pace. Together, we gently explore your experience of grief, helping you process emotions, navigate difficult moments and milestones, and find ways to carry both the pain and the love with greater ease.
Grief Support Groups & Mindfulness Circles
I facilitate small group grief circles—both in-person and online—where participants are invited to share, reflect, and be witnessed in a supportive community. These gatherings incorporate mindfulness practices, gentle guidance, and opportunities for connection, helping participants feel less alone in their grief.
Integrative Healing Approach
My approach blends compassionate presence with grounded, evidence-informed support. In addition to conversation and guided reflection, I incorporate mindfulness, Reiki energy healing, and the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls. These practices help regulate the nervous system, allowing grief to move more gently and naturally through the body.
This work is not about “fixing” grief, but about honoring it—supporting you in feeling seen, supported, and less alone, while gently reconnecting with moments of peace, meaning, and renewal.
Sessions and groups are available in-person (Irvine, CA) and online.
