Kelly McCay knows grief. Equally as important, she knows the road from suffering to hope. When facing profound loss, death of a loved one or any destabilizing life event, there is so much more to grief than five stages, and everyone’s path is truly unique. Whether your loss is anticipated or fresh, or you are finding yourself lost in grief long after your loved one has been gone, you will find your footing in The Good Grief Way.
Kelly guides individuals and groups through the four predictable phases of these events, offering relief, support, hope and resources. Engaging in an open, warm and empathetic conversation holds space for those suffering in silence. While the offending loss or transition may be permanent, Kelly and her Good Grief Way ensure that the suffering is not.
