I provide individual virtual counseling services to adults coping with the death of a loved one, ages 18 and up.
Coping with loss is never easy. Healing takes time. This will be different for everyone. It’s important to me that you have a place to say how you think and feel without fear of judgment. I will help you to build on your strengths to create a plan that fits best for you. You may find that even making small changes, can have a positive impact. I will strive to help you regain a sense of hope, purpose and direction in your life.
