This often leads to feelings of anger, resentment, exhaustion, self-harming thoughts and neglect of their own needs, with an increase in anxiety, depression, or grief. They may also have experienced trauma and are struggling with triggers impacting their functioning.
If this sounds familiar to you and you are finding yourself more depleted, unsupported and realizing its time for a change, but you’re not sure where to begin, together we can help you to begin building healthy boundaries, identify coping skills and make improvements in relationships, while finding the balance of your own wellbeing on the path to healing.
