Certified Spiritual Director:
In confidential one to one sessions, I guide those who wish to explore, deepen and develop their relationship with Spirit (or whatever term you use). For example, we may delve into:
Spiritual history or “story,” contemplative practices, dreamwork, ritual & threshold crossings, expressive writing & art, somatic movement & expression, breath.
Certified End of Life Doula:
As an End of Life Doula, I work with clients and families to bring peace, honor, and reverence to this final threshold crossing. I provide the following services:
Compassionate engagement & caregiver relief, vigil planning & support, life review & meaning making, ritual (to support transitions, relationships in need of healing, and moments of honoring), legacy projects, crafting ethical wills or other written tributes, living memorials & celebrations of life, facilitation of mortuary services, grief and reprocessing.
