Services Offered
My practice is gentle and focused on supporting you in helping yourself. I do not diagnose or label. Instead, I am only concerned with what happened, and how to help you figure out where to go from here. Maybe you feel stuck and unsure how to navigate life after a loss. I have assisted hundreds of clients and families on a spiritual journey of recovery from addiction, codependency, trauma and fear. I offer self-help, supportive counseling, empowerment and understanding.
Supportive counseling is done online and allows you the comfort of being in your own home or in any space where you have privacy. Counseling sessions can be one time, as needed, or ongoing. My best references are former clients.
