The relationship between myself and my client is what I value most. I strive to create a safe space to foster healing and acceptance. I believe that most people already have the answers within to move their life in a meaningful direction. For some, it takes time to answer their calling and navigate through difficult emotions, beliefs or relationships. In practice, I utilize a combination of clinical interventions and personal experiences to help clients work through depression, abuse, anxiety, relationship issues, divorce, loss/grief, trauma, and spiritual conflicts.
In my previous career of 12 years, I was a small business owner and software developer. As a result, I understand the stressors of high-pressured work environments. Personally, I am familiar with the challenges of parenting, marriage, financial uncertainty, and maintaining relationships.
I am trained and/or certified in a wide variety of areas. Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Therapy, NLP, Coaching, Narrative Therapy and Prepare/Enrich Couples Therapy.
