I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with additional training to provide supervision to other clinicians seeking licensure (LCSW / TX 57211).​Additionally, I am licensed to practice in D.C. (License# LC50081554) and Utah (License #10462489-3501). 

I am Certified Grief Educator as of January 2023; completing the certificate program designed by world-renowned grief expert, David Kessle. I am also EMDRIA certified therapist (EMDRIA Member ID: 55273690). I am currently in year 2 of 3 to become a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. 

I am a member of NASW, EMDRIA, SE™ International and the Gottman Referral Network.

If you struggle with challenges related to trauma, grief, are a part of a couple who is in need of support or an individual who struggles with anxiety, I am glad you are here! I am a trauma specialist utilizing EMDR (Certified Practitioner) and Somatic Experiencing (at the Intermediate level). I am a Certified Grief Educator and will utilize the tools learned from David Kessler to work with you and your grief.
I am a Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT) and Level 3 Practicum Trained therapist in the Gottman Method. I support couples who are struggling with communication difficulties, grief and / or betrayals.
Additionally, I specialize in helping anxious adults learn specific tools that they can immediately apply in order to reduce worry and anxiety.
