Grief does not always begin with a death. It can accompany a change in health, a shift in family life, the loss of a relationship, an unexpected transition, or the future someone imagined. Sometimes people know exactly what they are grieving. Sometimes they only know that life feels different.
I offer a compassionate, safe, brave, and affirming space to name what has changed, explore what you are carrying, and discover what support could look like now through healing-centered engagement. Our conversations make room for you, your questions, your reflections, and your desire to live more fully after loss. There is no expectation to “move on” or follow a prescribed timeline.
I am a Certified Grief Coach, a human developmentalist, a Certified Child Life Specialist, and the Founder and Co-Executive Director of Full Circle Consulting Systems, Inc. For more than three decades, I have worked with children, families, professionals, and communities through experiences of loss, change, trauma, resilience, and healing. My approach brings together knowledge of human development, compassionate listening, practical ways to care for yourself and cultivating a vision for yourself that leads to choice and action.
You do not need to have the right words before reaching out. We can begin with where you are.
