My approach to therapy is an eclectic, multicultural and individualized therapy for different issues-trauma, relationships, daily life stressors, grief&loss, transpersonal experiences, or whatever is needed for the stage of your life.
Using a depth and transpersonal approach as a foundation, I blend various modalities and techniques, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems(IFS), Psychedelic Integration, ArtTherapy, CBT, Trauma Informed Therapy, Psychodynamic & Somatic therapies, Drama Therapy.
