Grief Certified Peer-to-Peer.

Grief can be overwhelming, disorienting, and hard to put into words. Sometimes, more than anything, you just need someone who understands what you’re trying to say—even when you don’t quite have the language for it yet.

I offer a calm, supportive space where you can share your grief in your own way, at your own pace. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out, no expectation to move on, and no “right” way to grieve. You’re welcome exactly as you are.

Alongside the immediate pain of loss, grief can also bring up deeper layers—past wounds, family dynamics, and the weight of what’s been carried over time from generations. All of that is welcome here, gently and without judgment.

My work is shaped by both lived experience and my training as a Certified Grief Educator through David Kessler’s program. I don’t see grief as something to fix, but something to sit with, honour, and give voice to—as you need to.
