Services Offered

**Video sessions, Late evening, Saturday & Sunday available** Whether you have had a long history of destructive relationships or this is the first time you’re having issues, I can help you turn your relationship(s) around. I specialize in helping people improve their relationships. I’ve helped many types of people, in many types of relationships.

I work with older adolescents, individual adults, couples and families. I work with couples where there has been aggressiveness and/or infidelity. Domestic violence and emotional abuse in relationships has long been my specialty. I also help those in throuples, poly, and open relationships. And I have a knack for helping those who work in the sex industry. I’m LGBTQ friendly. I understand and am comfortable working with the complexities of modern relationships.

I’m Positive Psychology focused, believing that people tend to live up to your view of them. I teach a highly effective Emotion Regulation program. Couple’s and Family Therapy specialist. Valuable help for Social Anxiety. I offer EMDR therapy as well (e.g., used for deprogramming Core Negative Beliefs and instilling Adaptive beliefs in their place). Also, ask me about the Happiness research and tips to be happier.

I strive to provide a safe and encouraging environment and a non-judgmental atmosphere where I can collaborate with you to identify and move toward your growth goals. I also understand that taking the first step to seek counseling can be difficult, so I am available to answer any questions you may have prior to scheduling. Please contact me today for your complimentary phone consultation to see if I could be of service to you.
