I specialize in body-oriented psychotherapy and trauma therapy. I draw on methods learned from Peter Levine, Wilhelm Reich, Carl Jung, Roger Woolger, Ilse Middendorf, John Bradshaw and Alexander Lowen, among others. These methods can be described as body-oriented, but using at times the imagination as an avenue to healing. My experience in trauma has really grown since I started working with refugees in 2015. Since 2015, I work with refugees in a camp near Ingolstadt, Germany and therefore have a lot of experience in recent trauma and not just childhood trauma.
