Grief touches every part of our lives-our emotions, our relationships, and even our sense of identity. Whether you are navigating the loss of a loved one, a life transition, or another form of deep personal loss, you don’t have to go through it alone.

I offer compassionate, individualized grief counseling in a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental space. My approach is centered in meeting you where you are in your process. There is no right way or timeline for grief. Together we work to honor your experience while helping you find ways to cope, heal, and move forward in a way that feels meaningful to you.

In our work together, I may support you in:

– processing complex emotions such as sadness, anger, guilt, or numbness

– navigating life changes and identity shifts after loss

– developing coping tools to manage overwhelming moments

– finding ways to stay connected to your loved one while continuing your own life
