Viola holds a Bachelor of Arts as well as a Master of Science degree and is a newly certified grief educator. She has over two decades of experience working with the older adult population specifically in the areas of abuse, neglect and exploitation. Not only has she been a resource for those impacted by grief due to the loss of life, but she is also a valuable resource for those who are grieving as a result of losses in life such as marriage, employment, stability, familiarity and comfort when relocating to a new area with limited support. Viola is the Executive Director of Honey Hearted Endeavors – a company offering support and services for those who want to preplan their final affairs so that their surviving loved ones aren’t left with the responsibility of doing so.
