GRIEF CERTIFIED PEER-TO-PEER
How to Find the Right Grief Certified Support
We suggest you start with a phone call. Let them know you found them through grief.com.
Ask them about their style.
Tell them briefly about you.
They may or you may ask to start with an initial meeting. In person is the best way to assess if you are a match.
Make sure you discuss fees, before you begin, so there is clarity.

I take a compassionate, deep listening approach to grief coaching. During a session I will ask you questions about your loved one. I want to hear the stories that connected you with your person. Tell me about the things that made you laugh together, the things you disagreed about, the things that took you by surprise, and the things you are missing the most. I will give you my full attention and carry your stories in my heart so your loved one is known. Through this sharing, you will be supported as you move along your grief journey.
My losses include sibling loss, loss to suicide, and parental loss (as an adult). I invite you to reach out to learn how I can help you with these types of losses. I am open to working with anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one, but have the most knowledge about these three losses.
