Services Offered
I am passionate about helping people find hope and comfort in the midst of their most trying times. My husband died of cancer after 29 years of marriage, so I understand first hand the pain of loss and the confusing journey grief can take us on. Everyone’s journey is different and requires an individual approach. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your path to healing.
I am currently offering telehealth therapy services. I help my clients incorporate new ways of thinking and communicating to create lasting change in their lives. I have worked in crisis assessment for hospitals, in group settings for teens and children, and in private practice. I work with teens and adults struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, life transitison, and everyday stresses. I am trained in David Kessler’s model of grief, EMDR, sandtray therapy, highly sensitive personality, and mindfulness.
