Services Offered

At Daylight Grief we understand the need to feel seen, to feel heard and to feel connected.  We also understand grief is a natural and normal response to a loss that deserves to be validated.  We have designed multiple grief supports including groups and individual counseling to help meet those needs.  We work with both those who’ve experienced sudden, traumatic losses and expected losses.  Our services include:

– Individual Counseling ~ utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness/Meditation, ATTEND model

– Bi-Monthly Virtual Support Group (1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month – 12pm – 1:15pm)

– 8 Week Specific Grief Support Groups – Parental Loss, Spouse/Partner Loss, Loss by Suicide

– Walk & Talk Therapy – Hike $ Talk Therapy
