I provide forward-focused, one-on-one grief coaching for adults carrying an early or formative loss. I specialize in supporting adults who lost a parent young, while also welcoming people whose other significant losses continue to shape their relationships, identity, responsibilities, or major life moments.
My approach offers a grounded place to talk honestly about what you have been carrying, understand how grief may still be affecting your life, recognize grief ambushes, and develop practical ways to support yourself when grief returns. Coaching is not therapy, diagnosis, clinical treatment, or crisis care.
I lost my father at fourteen and my mother in my mid-twenties. I am a David Kessler Certified Grief Educator and the author of The Other Side of This: The Messy Truth About Grief for Teens. My individual coaching practice currently focuses on adults, with virtual sessions available across the United States.
New clients can begin with a complimentary 45-minute Grief Map Session or a 60-minute individual grief coaching session. Three-session and 90-day coaching options are available after we have met.
