The things that usually help aren’t available due to the pandemic. It doesn’t feel like the people in your life to whom you turn for support understand what you’re going through. Or you worry they have too much going on in their own lives.
I can help you learn to manage the overwhelming emotions coming at you each day. I’ll be there with you to unpack your grief, in the many ways it will show up. I’ll help you learn healthy ways to cope and care for yourself during grief, and together, we’ll explore what your new life, the life with grief, will look like.
Reaching out for help is hard and overwhelming. I offer a free, 15-minute consultation so we can get to know one another. I respond to emails and calls promptly (within one business day or less).
