I offer peer grief support for widowed parents and all grievers using my CLIMB framework (Courage, Learning, Integration, Movement, Building). This is not therapy — it’s lived-experience support, structured conversation, and practical tools to help you get through the hardest days and rebuild a life that makes sense again.
