I provide therapy services for grief and loss, postpartum depression and anxiety, depression, work and/or school stress, trauma, anxiety, and insomnia. Additionally, I offer new potential clients/contacts a free initial phone consultation to ask any questions they may have about the services I offer and tell me about the support they are looking for to see if we can work together.
