I coach 18 year olds (some 17) onward up into the 70’s who are navigating shifts, decisions, growth, change, uncertainty and the unknown.

I collaborate with 20 and 30 somethings digging deep as they navigate this wild journey of life after college and launch into a less structured and often less predictable world.

I support women of all ages and all stages cultivating a path of forward motion.

I partner with parents who are parenting their children and/or parenting their parents.

I meet individuals in their grief process through loss.

I offer individual Grief support as well as facilitate occasional Grief Groups.

I work virtually so I am able to work with clients all over the United States and the world.
