I am a Certified Life and Grief Coach/Educator and owner of https://ToughGrief.com

From a teaching background, I trained and worked as a Professional Counsellor for several years before pivoting to become a Master Cerfied Life Coach a number of years ago. But it was the tragic and unexpected loss of my dearly loved husband in late 2016, that changed my world abruptly.

Out of my pain and suffering emerged the desire and the passion to create a safe space for people to find refuge and solace in their grieving. It completely changed the direction and focus of my life moving forward.

I do what I do now to honour my loss and my loved one.

People often ask me why I am so passionate about working with those going though grief and loss. I always have a simple answer for them.

It is because I have been where they are and I know the intense and crippling pain that consumes the grief stricken. I’ve experienced the shipwreck of loss and I understand how paralysing it can be, My heart has been shattered and the agony of grief has felt like it could swallow me whole at times.

However I also believe that things can improve and hope and purpose can be restored. Loss and grief are unavoidable, but we can choose how we live and to make the most of each day.

I offer my online and in person coaching services with a willing hert and a desire to help. It will be my honor and privilege to help you reassemble your life and regain hope for the future. Allow yourself permission to heal your pain:)

I specialize in helping clients move through the pain and grief of life’s most challenging transitions.  I’m passionate about supporting women dealing with divorce after betrayal, infidelity, and abandonment, as well as helping clients navigate the grief accompanying the death of a loved one and honor the less-recognized grief of transitions(changing jobs, moving, becoming a care-giver, empty nesting, and more). I offer coaching sessions and packages targeted to each client’s individual needs.

As a Grief Coach, I come alongside women who are dealing with grief after losing a loved one and how it’s impacting their well-being. I  offer:

Weekly Grief Recovery Group

1:1 Reinvention Coaching which includes 8 private 75-minute coaching sessions, and customized resources which include the Reinvention Workbook to record all your notes so you can reference them later.

1:1 Worthy Coaching which includes 10 private 60-minute coaching sessions, and customized resources which include the Worthy Workbook to record all your notes so you can reference them later.

Private Facebook Group for support and encouragement

As a certified grief educator, coach, and end of life doula, I help patients and families work with and work through their grief when a person is dying and after their loved one has died.

I offer one-on-one grief coaching as well as small group grief coaching.

My specialty is working with patients after they receive a terminal diagnosis through the end of their lives, as well as being available to their caregivers and loved ones.
