1:1 Worthy Coaching which includes 10 private 60-minute coaching sessions, and customized resources which include the Worthy Workbook to record all your notes so you can reference them later.

I help caregivers engage life with love and find peace during times of uncertainly. Anticipatory grief is real and worthy of care. I have walked on the path of my own grief jouney, and can appreciate the fact that the journey toward healing is neither instant nor direct. I’m here to walk alongside you and assist you in navigating through the feelings and emotions that accompany us in our grief. Though we never “get over” our grief, we can move forward and find gratitude in our new normal. Together, as we walk the winding trail, insight and meaning shall evolve. My goal is to help you find peace and joy once again, and in time grieve with more love than pain.

I’m Heather — a grief educator, death doula, and conscious dying coach. I help people move through the raw, complicated landscape of loss with gentleness, clarity, and practical support.

My approach weaves together somatic tools, ritual, energy work, and real-world planning so that you feel both held and equipped as you navigate grief.

Whether in one-on-one sessions, group circles, or deeper guided courses, I’ll walk with you, not to fix you, but to help you find your footing again.
