I’m Jen Ripa and I am a Grief Educator, Life Coach, Expressive Arts Coach, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, and Artist supporting people to harness the power of creative expression to move forward in the midst of grief. My greatest strength as a grief guide lies in supporting people to access hope and envision a life that has meaning, joy, and purpose. I often lean into my training as a Health Coach and Yoga Teacher to help people care for their physical body and reconnect with their inner fire in their grief recovery journey.
