As a widow and seasoned business professional, I work with widows who are used to having it all and have been sidelined by their grief.  We are able to focus on how grief has impacted your personal, professional, and family to create a supportive plan to help to propel you forward.

It is an honor and privilege to be invited to walk along side my clients for this phase of their grief loss journey. I have been a grief loss practitioner for over 20 years.

I work with the newly bereaved as well as those who are further along on their journey where the rumblings of change can be overwhelming.

No matter where you are on your journey, navigating change is the work that grief drops at your door.

I offer small groups, and individual sessions depending on what is desired and recommended. I have a list of workshops on my website and Link Tree that are very informative and helpful. I also offer a free 1/2 Discovery Call where we can explore working together.
