As a Soul Coach/Life Coach and Certified Grief Educator, I sit with people who wish to deepen their healing journey and live an authentic life. There are a number of approaches in my medicine bag that will support you to alleviate some of the pain and suffering that we all experience when we are grieving and trying to make sense of life.
I work with people from all walks of life, who have experienced death, loss, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, work and career as well as financial challenges and who are interested in gaining more understanding of who they are now, and who they are not, and what they want to create for their future. It is a path of exploration and self-compassion, along with acceptance and respect.
