Maureen Johnstone, founder of RavenTree Coaching, guides emerging and seasoned leaders, at all levels, to embrace their natural leadership style, getting clear on who they are and what they stand for, so they can create desired change in their life, work, and community.  And in this post pandemic world, workspaces are calling for leaders to be emotionally resilient and to cultivate emotionally resilient places of work.  Maureen works with leaders through an approach of incorporating emotional agility, neuroscience, positive psychology, story work and Brené Brown’s groundbreaking work around courageous leadership and shame resilience.

Maureen brings an emotion centred, grief and trauma-informed way of holding space and working with clients, in both individual and groups.

Services include: 1:1 coaching and workshops for groups and teams.

In-Person and Virtual one-on-one Grief Coaching, Life, Relationship Coaching, Anger Management Coaching, and Solution Focused/Positive Mind Management Coaching for individuals and/or families

In-Person and Virtual Grief Groups and Education/Workshops for churches, medical staff, first responders, and caretaking staff such as hospice or personal care home employees, group home and foster care agencies. Training can be tailored to meet the needs of the agency or team in need.

In Person and Virtual Self Care and Positive Thinking Workshops

Our pets are family and losing one is heartbreaking. I support grieving pet parents through individual sessions and virtual support circles. Available by video, phone or in person in Southern California.
