GRIEF CERTIFIED COACH
How to Find the Right Grief Certified Support
We suggest you start with a phone call. Let them know you found them through grief.com.
Ask them about their style.
Tell them briefly about you.
They may or you may ask to start with an initial meeting. In person is the best way to assess if you are a match.
Make sure you discuss fees, before you begin, so there is clarity.

I offer several different services to best suit your needs. I’m a Certified Grief Eucator, Grief Coach and Mindfulness Teacher. My style of helping is very laid back and I address the obstacles you are facing in the moment and provide creative exercises and what I call physical therapy for grief. This is so you have control over your progress. I go beyond a once a week meeting and send my clients a message every day. I also begin with a 6 week commitment so you are not obligated for a long time.
