Aoife Earls is a Certified Grief Educator with a background in naturopathic medicine and psychoneuroimmunology, exploring how grief is experienced both emotionally and physically through the body. She has contributed writing to the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors on grief in the body, helping bridge the gap between emotional loss and physical symptoms in an accessible, validating way. Aoife is especially passionate about supporting caregivers as they navigate the quiet, often unspoken layers of grief that accompany caring for others as they pass, and the physical exhaustion that can come with those transitions. She offers educational resources and group-based support for those seeking a more supported, grounded way to be with their grief and its impact on the body.
