If you are here, I imagine you are navigating, or watching a loved one navigate, the unimaginable pain of loss. Whether grieving the loss of a loved one, pet, future, or relationship that you thought would last forever, you are not alone. I’m glad you are looking for support, and if I might be able to help you in this process, I encourage you to reach out.
I work with kids, adults, and families working through various forms of emotional pain, including grief, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and trauma. I strive to create a space where people can feel safe to share their grief, at their pace.
Along with the other Grief Educators, who have completed David Kessler’s training, we are here to hold hope until you feel ready to find it again.
