I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the Houston, Texas area who works with adults and adolescents age 16 and up, and provide care for clients who struggle with past trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief and other mental health issues. I have extensive experience with psychodynamic therapy, CBT and DBT. I am an EMDR Certified Clinician through Evergreen and a Brainspotting practitioner. I have been in practice for approximately 6 years as a clinical social worker. My treatment approach is rooted in evidenced based practices that focus on the mind-body connection and I maintain a client centered approach.
I studied at the University of Houston’s Graduate College of Social Work, where I obtained a Masters of Social Work. I have worked for psychiatric hospitals and local community health centers.
