I offer virtual 1:1 and group services that cater to people who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Individuals interested in the 1:1 program can explore a range of areas that include but are not limited to:

1. Your experience and reactions related to the loss.

2. The relationship dynamics and history between you and your loved one/s.

3. Fears, questions, worries, and any emotions/experiences that you may be struggling with.

4. The areas of your life that have been impacted by the loss.

5. Tailored coping strategies that can help you through the difficult and intense experiences.

We also explore the areas that you would like to gain a better understanding of and learn how to decipher what these experiences tell us about our needs.

The 1:1 program includes text support and a digital Life after Loss workbook filled with journaling prompts to help you document your reflections, experiences, thoughts, emotions, and insights throughout your grief journey.

The virtual support group meets twice per month and members have the opportunity to gain a sense of community, validation, and support throughout their grief experience. Each session begins with a grief-related topic, where members are able to share their thoughts, reflections, and experiences.

I also offer in-person and virtual Grief Educational workshops in the workplace, in community centers, and in schools.
